Tigros spa, a leading company in Organized Retail Distribution with over 75 Sales Points distributed across Lombardy and Piedmont, and more than 40 years of experience on the Italian market, is looking for its point of sale in VARESE: VICE DIRETTORE SUPERMERCATO - FULL TIME - VARESE: Job activities The selected person, in support of the Store Director, will have the task of: Ensuring correct management of store departments and order accuracy Guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills Managing and coordinating store staff to achieve sales targets and optimize store operations Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient supply chain management and inventory control Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, improve customer loyalty, and enhance the overall shopping experience Providing support to the Store Director in making key decisions and solving problems Maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all aspects of the job Assisting in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures Ensuring compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders Providing support to the Store Director in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports Maintaining accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
