Assistant Store Manager - FMCG

Assistant Store Manager - Novi Ligure

What will you be responsible for?

• Supervising staff, including controlling, organizing, and motivating resources
• Managing order entry, unloading, and merchandising of goods within the store, according to company guidelines
• Monitoring the economic performance of the store, in conjunction with the Store Manager

Do you have these skills and characteristics?

· Previous experience in the food FMCG sector in Store Manager roles

· Team management skills, good interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities

· Strong focus on objectives and passion for the sector

· Aptitude for performing managerial and operational activities

Working hours: 6 out of 7 days, Full-time 40 hours

Contractual Offer:

Placement with a fixed-term or permanent direct contract

Applicable National Collective Labor Agreement: CCNL Distribuzione Moderna Organizzata (DMO) - National Collective Labor Agreement for Organized Modern Distribution

Job Classification Level: 3rd Level

Expected Salary: 27,774.74

Work Location: Novi Ligure
