Humangest s.p.a selects for an important reality active in the GDO sector, for new openings, roles of DIRECTOR, VICE DIRECTOR, THIRD IN COMMAND AND DEPARTMENT HEAD OF SUPERMARKET Area: GDO/Supermarkets Work location: Rome The selected figures will be inserted within the point of sale and will have the responsibility for managing and operating the areas assigned to them, ensuring the correct functioning of activities and a high level of service to customers. Main duties: - support the direction in daily activities at the point of sale; - coordinate and supervise the department team; - manage the layout, rotation, and quality of products; - monitor warehouse stock and orders; - ensure compliance with hygienic-sanitary norms and company procedures; - guarantee excellent customer service and intervene in resolving any operational criticalities; - collaborate on analyzing store performance and achieving goals. Requirements and skills required: - previous experience gained in the GDO sector or similar roles; - ability to manage personnel and teamwork attitude; - good organizational, problem-solving, and result-oriented skills; - autonomy in managing department activities; - immediate availability and flexibility, including holidays and weekends.
