VeVa Officer Infantry - Airborne

As an Officer Infantry Airborne, you will lead a group of eight people and be flown anywhere in the world to engage in combat on the ground. This is what you'll do The Airborne Brigade is a rapidly deployable unit that can be anywhere in the world within 20 days to provide assistance or counter a conflict. Helicopters are used for transportation, but also as a means of reconnaissance and fire support. You will work closely with other units and services to achieve your objectives. Your tasks will include: • Leading a group of eight people; • Conducting combat operations on the ground; • Providing security and stability in crisis situations; • Working together with other units and services; • Maintaining situational awareness through reconnaissance and fire support. You must be able to work independently, but also as part of a team. Your leadership skills are essential for success in this role. You will need to have the following qualifications: • VeVa training GROP level 3 (almost) ; • Officer training; • Basic military training.
