Through the Medical Care Officer training, you will provide, together with medical care providers that you supervise, the best medical care to military personnel from Defense. This is what you'll be doing Within Defense, we want to offer every employee the best medical care. Therefore, we have a comprehensive medical service, with our own (dental) doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals. You will work closely together with these professionals to provide high-quality medical care to military personnel. Your tasks will include: Providing medical guidance and support to medical care providers; Developing and implementing medical protocols and procedures; Ensuring the quality of medical care provided; Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to patient care; Participating in training and development activities to improve your skills and knowledge; Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive medical care.
