Sales & Customer Development
Winning new customers, taking care of existing ones, and actively contributing to revenue

Business Development
Developing new ideas, sales channels, and cooperations, and implementing them

Product Development
Developing new teas, testing, and incorporating feedback

Organization & Processes
Creating structures with Excel and digital tools and improving workflows

Digitalization & AI
Using modern tools to help the company become future-proof step by step

Hands-on Mentality
You'll roll up your sleeves – even for tasks that aren't glamorous, but are important for the overall picture

Qualification

• Passion for tea or at least genuine interest in it – prior knowledge is not necessarily required, but desirable
• Outstanding sales mentality: You want to sell, convince, and see results
• First experience in customer contact, sales, or marketing (e.g. part-time jobs or training)
• Safe handling of Excel and common office tools or willingness to learn quickly
• Openness to AI applications and digital working methods
• Communication strength – clear, direct, and binding
• The desire to be a long-term part of an enterprise and grow with it
