Initial Phase:

• Support daily farm operations with a focus on horse care.
• Perform essential manual tasks for maintenance and conservation of the site.

Progression:

• Care and management of breeding mares and stallions, ensuring their health and well-being.
• Assist in births, supervising the process to ensure the safety of mares and foals.
• Participate in yearling preparation, including grooming, training, and preparation for sales or exhibitions.
• Collaborate on agricultural and horticultural projects to support farm productivity.
• Maintain general farm maintenance, including repairs and conservation of infrastructure and equipment.

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, Animal Science, Equine Studies or a related field.
• Willingness to relocate to the USA for a full-time and permanent position.
• Prior experience in equine care or working with horses (highly valued).
• Physical ability to perform manual work in various climatic conditions.
• Communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Passion for equine care, agriculture, and continuous learning.
