Veterinary Software Trainer

As a Veterinary Software Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering successful implementations of IDEXX’s ezyVet Practice Management software to veterinary clinics across the APAC region. Based in our Auckland office, you will combine your passion for teaching, technology, and problem-solving to support customers as they adopt and maximise the value of our software. The Veterinary Software division is part of IDEXX’s broader mission to enhance animal health through innovative cloud-based solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Conducting training sessions and workshops for veterinary clinic staff on the use of ezyVet Practice Management software, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively utilise the software. • Providing ongoing support and guidance to customers as they implement and maximise the value of our software, addressing any technical issues or concerns that may arise. • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver training content, materials, and programs that meet the needs of our customers. • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in veterinary practice management and technology, ensuring that your knowledge and skills are current and relevant. • Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and providing tailored support to help them achieve their goals. • Working closely with other members of the Veterinary Software team to identify and address any gaps or areas for improvement in our training programs and customer support services. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., veterinary science, computer science, education). • 2+ years of experience in a training or educational role, preferably in the veterinary industry. • Strong understanding of veterinary practice management and the needs of veterinary clinics. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Familiarity with cloud-based software solutions and willingness to learn new technologies.
