The Role As a Veterinary Dermatologist at DFA, you will be an integral part of our team, providing specialist care and expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of dermatological conditions in companion animals. You will work alongside a team of experienced veterinarians, technicians, and support staff, in a state-of-the-art facility. Key Responsibilities: Provide specialist consultations and treatment for companion animals with dermatological conditions. Perform diagnostic procedures, including skin biopsies, allergy testing, and other relevant investigations. Develop and implement treatment plans based on best practices and current research. Communicate effectively with pet owners, referring veterinarians, and team members. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities. Contribute to the overall success of the practice by upholding our values and maintaining high standards of care. Strong clinical skills and experience in the diagnosis and treatment of dermatological conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
