Lap of Love is looking for an experienced Call Center Representative, referred to internally as a Veterinary Care Coordinator, with amazing customer service skills to join our growing team. As a Veterinary Care Coordinator working from home, you’ll become part of a diverse and dynamic team that provides compassionate conversations and customer service to pet families seeking our services. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: • Providing exceptional customer service to pet families seeking our services • Coordinating veterinary care and communicating with pet families to ensure their needs are met • Working closely with our veterinarians and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices • Collaborating with our team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall patient experience • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and care to our patients and their families • Working from home in a quiet and distraction-free environment • Being available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed • Being able to lift up to 25 pounds, as needed • Being able to sit for extended periods of time, as needed • Being able to use a computer and other office equipment, as needed We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, bonuses, and benefits, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
