About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Veterinary Relationship Manager to join our team and support our veterinary partners across the Lower North and South Islands of New Zealand. This role is crucial in fostering strong relationships with veterinary clinics, driving mutual growth, and ensuring the seamless integration of our services into their practices. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of veterinary clinics, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to enhance their business through our offerings. Key Responsibilities: * **Partnership Management:** Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of veterinary clinics. * **Growth Strategy:** Implement strategies to grow revenue and market share within your assigned territory through effective engagement and support. * **Customer Engagement:** Proactively engage with veterinary clinic owners and staff to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions. * **Business Development:** Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, expanding our network of veterinary clinics. * **Service Integration:** Facilitate the adoption and effective utilization of PetSure's products and services by partner clinics. * **Performance Monitoring:** Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for your portfolio, identifying areas for improvement. * **Market Insights:** Gather and relay feedback from veterinary partners to inform product development and service enhancements. * **Problem Resolution:** Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by veterinary partners in a timely and effective manner. * **Event Participation:** Represent PetSure at industry events, conferences, and local veterinary meetings. What You'll Bring: * Proven experience in relationship management, business development, or sales, preferably within the veterinary, animal health, or insurance sectors. * A strong understanding of the veterinary industry in New Zealand, including clinic operations and the needs of veterinary professionals. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. * A results-oriented approach with a proven track record of achieving growth targets. * Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your own schedule and travel effectively. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * A passion for animal welfare and a commitment to PetSure's mission. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the Lower North and South Islands.
