What you will do:

As Branch Manager, you ensure that the Zwolle branch runs smoothly every day. You maintain an overview of the team, clients, and the local labor market. At the same time, you actively participate yourself. You speak with clients, contribute to staffing solutions, and help find suitable candidates.

Your workday is varied. For example, you will discuss weekly goals with your colleagues and then have a conversation with a company in Zwolle about a potential collaboration. At the office, you review results, contribute to job openings, and support colleagues with placements.

Your tasks include:

• Approaching new clients and further developing existing client relationships
• Guiding, motivating, and supporting colleagues in their development
• Recruiting, interviewing, and matching candidates with suitable vacancies
• Monitoring results, improving processes, and making plans for further growth together with the Regional Manager
