Tasks

Make a difference as Branch Manager

As Branch Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the success of your Lyceo branch. Thanks to your efforts, students receive the guidance that helps them learn more effectively, develop more self-confidence, and achieve better results. You run your own branch as an entrepreneur within the organization. You will manage a team of student mentors, maintain contact with parents and schools, and ensure that the branch performs optimally in terms of quality and organization. You are visibly present daily, identify opportunities in the region, and build sustainable collaborations with schools and parents. You also actively participate in the daily practice at the branch and support students during homework assistance. It is precisely this combination of management and personal guidance that makes this role so varied and meaningful.

In short, you take charge of:

• leading, coaching, and developing a team of student mentors;
• conducting intake, evaluation, and advice interviews with students and parents;
• organizing schedules, administration, and action plans;
• building and maintaining relationships with schools and other stakeholders in the region;
• actively participating in the daily practice at the branch and supporting students during homework assistance;
• achieving growth, quality, and results within your branch.

Requirements

For this vacancy, you bring:

You get energy from combining education, management, and entrepreneurship. You are independent, decisive, and feel responsible for the success of your branch. You also know how to maintain an overview, identify opportunities, and build relationships with students, parents, schools, and colleagues. You understand that quality, involvement, and results go hand in hand. Experience in a leadership, coordination, or entrepreneurial role will help you be successful quickly in this position.

Your work area

Lyceo has over 100 branches, so there's always a branch near you. We are looking for branch managers for the regions: Hengelo, Laren, and Delft.

You will be present daily at the branch and work closely with students, parents, mentors, and education professionals. You will also maintain contact with schools and other involved parties in the region and actively build the growth and quality of the branch.

*In addition to the May holiday and the last week of the summer holiday, you are free during all other school holidays. You accrue holiday pay and pension on your full gross monthly salary.
