Branch Manager Depot Best

As branch manager of depot Best, you run your own installation company. Within Zonneplan's installation guidelines, you set the course: who you hire, how you train, and how you install more efficiently. You build a team of technicians who install solar panels, home batteries, and charging stations and perform service assignments for customers throughout the South of the Netherlands.

You work 40 hours per week and receive a salary between €3,500 and €4,500 gross per month, depending on your experience and what you bring to the table.

• You determine the course of depot Best. You envision your goals in advance and steer towards them. You think ahead about staffing, planning, and team composition.
• You seize opportunities to improve. You identify areas for greater efficiency and take action, for example, through speed measurements, a different team composition, or a new working method.
• You build and grow a motivated, close-knit team. You conduct daily stand-ups, coaching sessions, one-on-one meetings, absenteeism management, and the internal training of new technicians through the academy.
• You focus on quality and results. You monitor KPIs such as customer satisfaction, first-time right, and production, measure and analyze results, and make adjustments where necessary.

• You have at least 2 years of experience in managing and developing a team, preferably in an operational or technical environment.
• You are a natural leader who dares to set boundaries, makes decisions, and stands by them.
• You think entrepreneurially and commercially: you manage your depot proactively, focus on efficiency and results, and set your own course.
• You possess NEN 3140 certification.
• You possess a driver's license B.

• A salary between €3,500 and €4,500 gross per month, depending on your experience and what you bring to the table.
