What will you do?
You will support residents where needed, strengthen their independence, and thus make a real difference in their daily lives.

• Promoting self-reliance through personal guidance and support

• Assisting with daily activities, such as washing, dressing, eating, and personal care

• Performing medically technical procedures, such as administering medication and wound care

• Identifying changes in health and well-being and acting appropriately

• Collaborating with colleagues, family, and the environment to promote the well-being of residents

You will work at Zuylenstede in Overvecht, a warm and lively residence where the elderly truly feel at home. You will work at Gekoesterd Wonen, where residents with dementia can live as independently as possible, supported by your attention and care. Together, you will create a safe, warm environment full of small moments of happiness, where residents feel seen and heard.

What we offer:

• Immediate permanent contract: At Vecht en IJssel, you will receive an immediate permanent contract, ensuring your place in our team.

• Starting bonus: If you start with us as a Verzorgende IG or Nurse, you will receive a starting bonus of €750 gross. Half after your trial period, the other half after one year of employment.

• Salary: Your salary is in accordance with the CAO VVT, between €2,735.91 and €3,592.96 per month for a 36-hour work week (FWG 35). If you also perform EVV tasks, your salary will be between €2,981.98 and €3,864.43 per month for a 36-hour work week (FWG 40).

What do you bring?
We are looking for a Verzorgende IG with:

• A diploma as Verzorgende IG, possibly supplemented with the EVV certificate.

• A passion for supporting the elderly with dementia, so they feel seen and at home.
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week (or in consultation).
