You are a trusted presence who ensures that residents feel safe and secure, supports personal care, and is a reliable support during the night. During the night shift, you are the trusted presence for our residents and ensure that they get through the night safely and securely. You contribute to their well-being and independence, even when others are asleep. * Watch over their night's rest, help residents sleep soundly, and ensure a safe environment * Support during nighttime care moments, such as helping with toilet visits and personal care * Perform nursing technical procedures when necessary, such as administering medication and wound care * Identify changes in health and well-being and act appropriately * Guard the night together with your colleagues and support each other in providing the best care You will work at our small-scale PG location Lieven de Key in the cozy neighborhood of Zuilen (Utrecht). Elderly people with dementia live here, who need support and rhythm day and night. Our focus is on personal attention, safety, and meaning, so that residents truly feel at home and secure. What do we offer: * Immediate permanent contract: At Vecht en IJssel, you will immediately receive a permanent contract, so you are sure of your place in our team. * Starting bonus: Are you starting with us as a Verzorgende IG or Nurse? Then you will receive a starting bonus of €750 gross. Half after your trial period, the other half after one year of service. * Salary: Your salary is in accordance with CAO VVT, between €2,735.91 and €3,592.96 per month for a 36-hour work week (FWG 35).
