Caring (ig) – Kennemerhart (Zorgdiploma required)

Are you a caring IG and do you want to work with attention, freedom, and variety? Through PIDZ, you'll start as an interim worker at Kennemerhart in the Haarlem region. You choose a location that suits you and work in an environment where the client's autonomy is central. With your input, you ensure trust, calmness, and quality. What will you do as a caring (ig)? As a caring IG, you'll provide daily care and support to clients. You look at what someone can do themselves and where help is needed. You work closely with colleagues and the client's family to create a personalized plan that suits their needs. Your goal is to give people the space they need to live independently and to maintain or improve their quality of life. What are your tasks as a caring (ig)? • Providing daily care and support to clients, including personal care, household chores, and meal preparation. • Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet. • Helping clients with mobility issues, such as walking or transferring from bed to chair. • Supporting clients' mental health and well-being through conversation, listening, and emotional support. • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for clients. • Working closely with colleagues and the client's family to create a personalized plan that suits their needs. • Reporting any changes or concerns to the team leader or supervisor. What are your qualifications as a caring (ig)? • Zorgdiploma (Dutch nursing diploma) is required. • Experience in providing care and support to clients, preferably in an IG setting. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
