Caregiver IG Evening

In the 'Verzorgd Wonen' (Assisted Living) department at our Transwijk location, we are looking for an enthusiastic Caregiver IG who wants to work evening shifts. What will you do?
As a Caregiver IG, you not only provide care but also focus on the well-being of our clients. With your knowledge and experience, you create a pleasant environment for our residents. Your tasks include performing technically complex nursing actions, signaling changes that affect health, and maintaining contact with family and other healthcare providers.

Who are you?

You have a diploma for Caregiver IG level 3. (If you possess an EVV certificate, this is also an option.)
You have a passion for working with the elderly. You have a natural talent for dealing with changing and misunderstood behavior and find it challenging to identify causes and possible solutions. We are looking for candidates who want to work an average of 16-24 hours per week.

What do we offer?

Contract: There is a prospect of a permanent contract.

• Bonus: If you start at Vecht en IJssel as a Caregiver IG or Nurse, you will also receive a starter bonus of €750 gross. You will receive the first half after your probationary period, and the second half after one year of employment.

• Salary: We reward according to the CAO VVT. The position of Caregiver IG is classified in FWG 35: € 2,643.39 – € 3,471.46 per month based on 36 hours per week. If you are an EVV'er, classification will be according to CAO VVT FWG 40: € 2,881.14 – € 3,733.75 per month based on 36 hours per week.

• Secondary employment conditions: We offer excellent secondary employment conditions, including:

  • End-of-year bonus of 8.33%, a nice bonus at the end of the year.
