As an Insurance Underwriter, you will assess insurance applications and make a balanced assessment of risks. Based on your analysis, you will determine the conditions under which an application can be accepted. You will ensure a smooth underwriting process and a clear justification for your decisions.

Your activities will include:

• Assessing insurance applications and evaluating risks.
  
• Checking and analyzing files for completeness and accuracy.
  
• Testing applications against laws, regulations, and internal guidelines.
  
• Consulting with advisors and colleagues to complete files.
  
• Justifying and communicating underwriting decisions.
  
• Contributing to an efficient and high-quality underwriting process.
  

You enjoy analyzing complex issues and like to arrive at well-substantiated decisions. You work accurately, maintain an overview, and can easily switch between different stakeholders.

In addition, you have:

• Bachelor's or higher work and thinking level.
  
• Interest in insurance and risk assessment.
  
• An analytical and structured way of working.
  
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  
• The ability to clearly translate complex information into concrete decisions.
  

You will receive a gross monthly salary starting from € 3,300 (including holiday pay) based on a full-time employment of 40 hours, commensurate with your knowledge and experience. The holiday pay is paid out once a year.
