You're looking for a new challenge? Maybe in a meaningful field?

We're looking for YOU in part-time (20 hours/week) as an employee in the administration department of our community housing.

The Prisod Wohnheimbetriebs GmbH has been operating as a social service provider on behalf of the State of Berlin since 2002. We operate several community homes throughout the city. In our facilities, asylum seekers, refugees, and homeless individuals with their children are accommodated. Every day, we ensure the well-being of our residents and the smooth operation of our facilities. Your tasks

  • Preparation of home cost statements
  • Maintenance and updating of the accounting system
  • Capacity management with timely submission of capacity reports
  • Writing letters and emails to authorities, institutions, etc.
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail (residence and resident mail)
  • Organization and archiving of resident files
  • Police registration and deregistration of residents
  • Documented and software-based data and statistics

Your profile

  • Experience in office and/or administrative work
  • SUCCESSFULLY completed vocational training or comparable qualification desired
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (min. C1)
  • High motivation, conscientiousness & reliability
  • High degree of empathy & pleasure in dealing with people
  • Social and intercultural competence
  • Friendly and open demeanor
  • Teamwork and willingness to take on tasks
  • Professional experience with the target group desired
  • Foreign language skills desired
