• A strong service orientation and joy in dealing with people
• Strong communicative skills in word and writing, as well as confidence in customer communication
• Organizational talent with multitasking skills
• A professional, open, and positive demeanor
• Endurance and a cool head in stressful situations
• Very good German language skills
• Independent problem-solving in the daily practice
• A commercial education, a medical education, or comparable qualifications
• In the ideal case, you have previous experience in a physiotherapeutic practice and/or with the practice software TheOrg

Your tasks with us

• Reception and care of our patients and customers at the reception, by phone & email
• Proactive and solution-oriented communication as the first point of contact for our practice
• Coordination and forward-looking planning of treatment appointments
• Professional exchange with doctors, health insurance companies, and partners
• Organization of a smooth practice workflow
• Checking prescriptions and billing with all cost bearers
• Support in exciting projects and continuing development of practice management
