Job description
- Telephone consultation of your customers from inquiry to credit settlement
- Expert analysis of customer needs
- Creation of individual and optimal credit offers according to customer specifications, often with exclusive CHECK24 conditions
- Optimization of existing financing for your customers
- You serve as a contact person for your customers in case of questions and throughout the process, e.g. when uploading documents or video identification procedures
- You act as a link between your customers and our bank partners
