Sales Specialist Demolition and Deconstruction (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:

• Setting up, dismantling, and controlling sales activities in the demolition and deconstruction industry in collaboration with the regional sales structure
• New customer acquisition and intensification of existing business partnerships
• Advising customers on machines (Komatsu, Sennebogen, attachments), usage possibilities, and financing models
• Accompanying demand analyses and product presentations at the customer's site
• Conducting price negotiations and contract negotiations
• Ongoing market penetration according to annual, monthly, and weekly planning
• Determining sales plans in consultation with others
• Planning and conducting sales promotion activities with adjacent departments
• Identifying and communicating cost-, product-, and service optimizations

Your Qualifications:

• Completed commercial or technical training and/or relevant studies
• Ideal experience in the demolition and deconstruction industry
• Experience in selling high-value investment goods
• Knowledge of sales planning and control
• Strong advisory skills and technical know-how
• Very high self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Excellent communication skills
