Sales Professional - Credit Advisory in Home Office (m/f/d)

This is what you do with us

• You will be responsible for telephone customer advisory services and the active sale of our credit solutions regarding the brokerage of loans from our partner banks.
• From the first customer contact to the conclusion of the contract, you are the central point of contact and guide our customers through the entire process.
• With your flair for customer needs, you will create tailor-made offers and convince with your closing strength.
• You will use modern sales methods and tools to make your closings efficient and successful.
• Your focus is clearly on closing – advisory services are the priority, but you always pursue the goal of selling our credit solutions.

This is you

• You have demonstrable sales experience from direct sales or telesales.
• Ideally, you have sold or advised on products or services in the areas of finance, banking, and insurance.
• Terms like Upselling / Cross Selling are not foreign to you – sales is more than a job for you, it is your drive.
• On the phone, you convince through clear, professional, and binding communication.
• You have experience with CRM systems and a certain technical affinity to quickly learn new systems.
• You are a team player, but above all a hunter who enjoys winning customers and celebrating closings.
