Sales Professional - Credit Consulting in Home Office (m/f/d)

This is what you do with us

• You will be responsible for telephone customer service and the active sale of our credit solutions regarding the mediation of loans from our partner banks.
• From the first customer contact to the contract conclusion, you are the central point of contact and guide our customers through the entire process.
• With your feel for customer needs, you create tailor-made offers and convince with your closing strength.
• You use modern sales methods and tools to make your deals efficient and successful.
• Your focus is clearly on closing – the advice is paramount, but you always pursue the goal of selling our credit solutions.

This is you

• You have proven sales experience from direct sales or telesales.
• Ideally, you have sold or advised on products or services in the areas of finance, banking, and insurance.
• Terms like upselling / cross-selling are not foreign to you – sales is more than a job for you, it's your drive.
• On the phone, you convince with clear, professional, and binding communication.
• You have experience with CRM systems and a certain affinity for technology to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
• You are a team player, but above all a hunter who enjoys winning customers and celebrating deals.
