Sales Representative (m/w/d) – In-House & Backoffice

📍 Location: Nuremberg | higher Remote-Anteil possible

📅 Start: immediately | part-time or full-time

You work well organized and reliably in the background – and are looking for a job with sense, structure, and development potential?

As part of our sales team, you ensure that interested parties are professionally cared for, documents are reliably sent out, and internal processes are properly documented. You work closely with colleagues from departments, marketing, and management together – with a lot of self-responsibility, but without sales pressure.

Tasks

• Maintenance and structured administration of our CRM system
• Sending out information and offer documents to interested parties and customers
• Coordination and follow-up of meeting appointments
• Preparation and presentation of sales materials
• Accompanying trade fairs & events (approx. 6 times a year, nationwide)

Qualification

• Very good language feeling, both written and spoken
• Correct spelling and stylistic expression
• Structured, self-reliant working style
• Experience in sales support, customer communication or administrative areas is advantageous
• Willingness to occasional business trips (event accompaniment)
• Digital affinity (CRM, Office, E-Mail etc.)
• Professional appearance when contacting our high-end target group: accounting firms, wealth management companies, and asset owners
