Tasks

• Customer acquisition and maintenance of existing business relationships in the insurance industry
• Counseling customers on tailored insurance solutions taking into account their individual needs
• Participation in team meetings for developing innovative sales strategies and implementing them
• Preparation of offers and contract documents in collaboration with other departments
• Active support in the further development and optimization of internal processes to increase customer satisfaction

Qualification

• Interest in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Self-motivation and self-responsibility to achieve goals and overcome challenges
