As a Sales Manager at Treatwell, you're more than just in sales - you help beauty entrepreneurs develop their businesses digitally. You identify potential partner salons, proactively approach them, and show them the added value Treatwell offers their business. From the initial contact to the successful closing, you guide the entire sales process and build long-term partnerships.

• Discover new partners: Use your creativity and digital skills to find potential beauty salons through various channels (TikTok, Instagram, Google)
• Build relationships: Convince with your communication skills over the phone and during personal visits - your charm opens doors!
• Product Champion: Present our SaaS solution and the Treatwell marketplace in a way that makes the benefits clear to every salon
• Closing Artist: Confidently lead negotiations to a successful contract closing and celebrate every deal
• Structured approach: Precisely document your activities in Salesforce and always keep an eye on your pipeline
• Goal-oriented: Acquire 10 new salon partners per month while maximizing your commission

Requirements

• Sales experience: You have already worked in sales, ideally in field sales, and know how to convince customers on-site.

• Communication talent: You love direct customer contact and convince with your conversational and negotiation skills
• Cold calling champion: When others hesitate, you hit your stride - cold calls are your thing!
• Team player with initiative: Reliable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
• Personality: Courage, humor, respect, self-responsibility, and a dose of charm
• Language skills: Fluent German - other languages are a plus!
