Sales Representative – Point of Care Diagnostics in Hospital Sector (all genders)

Our customer, Sysmex Austria GmbH, is one of the leading providers of diagnostic solutions and sets standards through its product portfolio and excellent services. The focal point of our customer's activities lies in the field of hematological diagnostics (market leader), where equal emphasis is placed on innovation in measurement methodology as well as far-reaching automation of the hematology workstations. Sysmex own developments in the area of urinalysis and molecular diagnostics are also being pursued. In this context, we are looking for a sales representative who can support our customer's Point of Care Diagnostics (POCD) business in the hospital sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals and other healthcare institutions, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This includes conducting market research, analyzing competitor activity, and identifying potential customers. In addition to these tasks, the sales representative will also be responsible for providing product training and support to customers, as well as ensuring that customer needs are met. The ideal candidate should have a degree in life sciences or a related field, as well as several years of experience in the healthcare industry. A strong understanding of hematological diagnostics and urinalysis is also required. Furthermore, the successful candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The working language for this position will be German.
