Sales Representative (m/w/d) for Cooperations and Recall

Tasks

• You build long-term partnerships with care homes and ensure that our patients receive the best possible dental care there
• You conduct proactive conversations with care homes to convince them of the benefits of a close collaboration with our dental practice
• You take care of the follow-up of treatment and cost plans (HKPs), so that our patients always receive the necessary treatment
• You contribute to advancing the digital alignment of our practice in care homes and thus ensure an efficient and patient-friendly care
• You are a point of contact for care facilities and help them get the most out of our collaboration – with the goal of offering patients a genuine added value
• You are an important voice in the development of our strategic orientation and help spread our mission further

Qualification

• You bring first experiences in sales or customer acquisition and have interest in working in the healthcare sector, especially in the care field
• You have a strong interest in changing the care home sector and are motivated to contribute to ensuring that care facilities gain access to outstanding dental care
• You can communicate well, both on the phone and in personal conversations, and have the ability to convince partners of the benefits of cooperation
• You are self-motivated, structured, and a true team player who engages for the needs of patients and cooperation partners
• You want to be part of a practice that goes the extra mile with digital solutions and innovative approaches to care for patients and relieve care facilities
• You bring a high level of empathy for the needs of care homes and their residents, and advocate for their dental care
