Your tasks will include: • Identifying potential customers and preparing a personalized approach; • Conducting telephone conversations with decision-makers to present our job offers and convince them of the benefits of working with Stepstone; • Building relationships with existing customers to maintain and expand their business with us; • Processing customer inquiries and providing information on our job offerings; • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers. Requirements: • Completed vocational training or degree in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, sales, human resources); • At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field; • Excellent communication and presentation skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
