Sales Employee Credit in Inside Sales in Home Office (m/f/d)

Together with your future colleagues, you will advise our customers on consumer loans and fulfill their greatest wishes every day. Your role with us

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and advise them by phone and in writing on credit comparison
• You will accompany your customers from the initial contact to the conclusion of the contract and support them in all phases
• With a thorough needs analysis, you will find out what our customers really need and help them find the optimal credit offer
• You will support our customers in fulfilling their wishes, and all this without cold calling, as all our customers have actively provided their data to us
• Thanks to our modern communication tools and the digital closing options of our partners, nothing stands in the way of an efficient working day

What you bring with you

• You have already gained initial experience in customer contact (e.g., sales, telesales, or retail)
• You are a communication talent and convince with your open and professional demeanor on the phone
• You are characterized by high reliability and a committed work ethic
• You have the desire to develop yourself, bring a lot of motivation, and want to get started with us
• You are fluent in German, both written and spoken
• Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship
