Together with your future colleagues, you will advise our customers on consumer loans and fulfill their biggest wishes every day. Your role with us

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and advise them by phone and in writing on credit comparison.
• You will accompany your customers from the initial contact to the contract conclusion and support them in all phases.
• With a thorough needs analysis, you will find out what our customers really need and help them find the optimal loan offer.
• You will support our customers in fulfilling their wishes, and all of this without cold calling, as all our customers have actively provided their data to us.
• Thanks to our modern communication tools and the digital closing options of our partners, nothing stands in the way of an efficient workday.

What you bring with you

• You have already gained initial experience in customer contact (e.g., sales, telesales, or retail).
• You are a communication talent and convince with your open and professional manner on the phone.
• You are characterized by high reliability and a dedicated work ethic.
• You are eager to develop, bring a lot of motivation, and want to get started with us.
• You have fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
