Tasks

What can you expect?

Comprehensive counseling instead of product sales
You accompany private households in making important financial decisions and develop individual concepts in the areas of finance, provision, and asset building.

Structured entry – also for career changers
You will be gradually introduced to your new role and receive comprehensive support on your way. You don't need to bring everything with you – you'll learn the necessary content within a structured induction and further training.

Personal client care
You build long-term relationships and accompany people in making important decisions about their financial future.

Independent work
You design your working day flexibly and coordinate your appointments independently.

Qualification

You bring with you

• A completed education is advantageous, but not a must
• Pleasure in dealing with people
• Communication strength and confident demeanor
• Motivation, willingness to learn, and self-initiative
• Interest in counseling and personal development
• Structured and independent working style
• Class B driver's license
