Sales Representative - Full-time (m/w/d)

We are developing AI for the German Mittelstand at Niologic.

Our customers from trade, industry, and digital business rely on reliable automation solutions that help them in their daily routine – planable, understandable, and practical.

We convince by solving business problems independently of the technology used. We operate the AI solution as a full-service for our customers upon request.

This way, we offer a quick and uncomplicated entry point for AI in the company.

We are looking for reliable support for our sales team that works structured, appreciates clear processes, and enjoys speaking with interested parties on the phone. Sales experience is not required – we will train you step by step and thoroughly.

Tasks

• Phone-based customer care and preparation of our prospects according to clearly defined conversation guidelines
• Scheduling, pre- and post-processing of appointments for our sales team
• Research and maintenance of contact data in our systems based on jointly agreed criteria
• Operative support of the sales department in daily business

Qualification

• You work structured and reliably adhere to existing processes and procedures
• You communicate friendly and clearly – by phone and in writing in German
• You are willing to spend most of your working hours on the phone with interested parties
• You approach performance expectations calmly and factually
• A completed education is helpful, but not a prerequisite
• Knowledge about AI, Mittelstand or industry is a plus, but not a must

• Fixed salary: 4,200 Euro gross per month
