Your Tasks:

• Process optimization, also internally
• Correspondence management
• Contact person for general matters
• Interface to the sales department
• Drafting and updating of tender templates
• Creating offers
• Managing and maintaining offers

Your Profile:

• A completed commercial vocational training and initial relevant work experience in the sales field
• Confident communication skills in German, as well as good English (spoken and written)
• Motivation and willingness to perform
• Excellent MS-Office skills (complete package)
• Flawless communicative abilities
• French language skills are an advantage
• Stress tolerance, enjoyment of challenging tasks, and flexibility
• Teamwork ability
