Sales Manager / Business Developer IT Consulting (m/f/d)

Who we are

agilam is a young IT and management consulting firm based in Mülheim. We support companies with digital transformation, agile project management, business intelligence, and AI-driven automation.

Our consultants are deployed at clients ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to large corporations – and business is booming. Now we want to grow significantly. For this, we are looking for *you*: someone who can build and drive our sales department.

What you will achieve

• You will acquire new clients in the mid-market – from the initial contact to the signature.

• You will place our consultants in exciting client projects.

• You will secure software development and AI automation projects.

• You will build our sales department from the ground up.

• You will develop the sales strategy with management and contribute your own ideas.

• You will expand relationships with existing clients and identify new needs.

What you bring

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT, consulting, or software.

• Real drive: You are a doer and are not afraid of cold calling.

• Closing ability and enjoyment of negotiation.

• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written.

• Technical understanding of IT and AI topics.

• Proactiveness and structure.

What we offer you

• €40,000 base salary + uncapped commission.

• With target achievement, €75,000–€100,000 in the first year – significantly more from the second year onwards, with no ceiling.
