To support our account managers even more successfully and enable joint growth, we're looking for a motivated individual as Sales Leader B2C (m/w/d) for our team in Bremen!

Tasks

• Strategic planning, steering, and further development of the B2C sales
• Leadership, motivation, and coaching of the sales teams
• Analysis of market and competition trends, as well as derivation of suitable measures
• Responsibility for revenue, budget, and development targets
• Broadening of sales strategies and optimization of sales processes
• Closely working with marketing, product management, and executive management
• Building new sales channels and strengthening brand presence

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in B2C sales, ideally in a leadership position
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, affinity to numbers and KPIs
• High motivation, assertiveness, and result-oriented approach
• Experience in handling CRM systems and digital tools
• Self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented work style
