Head of Sales im Sachwert- & Finanzhandel

We are looking for a strong leadership personality who not only manages teams but builds sales systems. This role is not for people who like to take over finished structures. Here it's about bringing a young sales team to the next level, separating Inbound and Outbound cleanly, creating clear processes, professionalizing conversation guidance, and making more revenue from a very large lead basis.

The client has a strong brand, a large customer base, modern marketing channels, and enormous lead potential. What's needed now is someone who forms a scalable, data-driven sales system and occasionally participates in front-line sales as a role model function.

This role makes no Lead scarcity. Instead, the client has its own customer and contact database of around 280,000 contacts, including website visitors, shopping cart abandoners, existing customers, and interested parties with concrete purchase interest.

The challenge is not in searching for leads. The challenge is in identifying the right potential from this mass, systematically improving lead quality, and building Outbound so that it becomes a repeatable, scalable revenue system.

The customer segments are very different: from individual customers with a purchase volume of once 200,000 € to customers who regularly invest smaller amounts monthly. That's why a clean segmentation, suitable conversation strategies, and a team that acts securely, reliably, and goal-oriented according to customer type is needed.
