Business Developer (m/w/d) Military & Industrial Heavy-Lift Systems

With over 270 employees, two European production sites and more than a decade of double-digit growth, we are shaping the future of lifting. While we have already set market standards in the rail vehicle sector, we are now opening up two dynamic growth markets based on our powerful technology platform: Defense and Industry. First reference projects include successful implementations for military applications and industrial heavy-lift systems. We are looking for a Business Developer (m/w/d) to drive our business development and sales efforts in these new markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in the defense or industrial sectors, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitor activity, identifying areas of opportunity, and developing targeted marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or a related field, as well as several years of experience in business development or sales.
