Responsibilities

- Leadership and further development of our sales team of around 20 employees

- Responsibility for revenue and sales targets

- Management of tenders and award procedures

- Expansion of our sales structures and optimization of processes

As Sales Manager, you will take on responsibility, strategically develop our sales operations, and tap into new business opportunities. You will have a real impact on our company's growth.

Qualifications

- Sound sales experience with leadership responsibility

- Experience in B2B or B2G sales

- Understanding of tenders and public procurement

- Commitment and motivation to actively develop our sales operations
