We are looking for a Sales Leader (m/w/d) to strengthen our team in the Allgäu region, as a mid-sized company operating in the field of Bau- / Land- / Forst- und Kommunaltechnik.

Tasks

• national and international sales support and development
• leadership of the entire sales department
• strategic planning and revenue responsibility

Qualification

• completed technical or commercial training, completed studies or comparable degree
• several years of experience in sales as well as leadership experience in a similar position
• negotiation skills in English, additional foreign language skills are an advantage
• excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as assertiveness
• willingness to travel, including internationally
