Aufgaben

Your Tasks

• You lead and organize a small team of sales professionals.
• You manage existing customers, build business relationships, and reactivate inactive customers.
• You create and calculate offers and tenders.
• You process customer orders and manage order processing.
• You conduct price and contract negotiations and make decisions within your competence.
• You work with the sales support team and support them.
• Your focus lies in the flooring systems product area.

Qualifikation

What You Bring

• A completed commercial training.
• Professional experience in the wholesale, building materials, or craft industries.
• Good communication skills.
• Good technical understanding and product knowledge in the focus area of flooring.
• Outstanding customer- and service-orientedness – communicative, flexible, and empathetic.
• Professional telephone presence with different personalities.
• Eigenmotivation, negotiation skills, and assertiveness.
• A structured and self-reliant work style.
• Digital openness – e.g., good knowledge of the MS Office world.
