Sales Support (m/w/d) - Remote possible

Then we're looking for you as a **Sales Support** (**m/w/d**) to work 100% from home or at our office in Bremen!

We from Interlead want to build the #1 Lead Company in the German-speaking region by the end of 2026. That's why we solve the biggest problem for our partners: constantly new leads, appointments, and orders!

This is what you'll be doing

• Communication with our partners via **E-Mail**, **Telefon**, and possibly in a chat
• **Onboarding new partners** and accompanying them in their first steps
• **Creating and adjusting orders**
• Preparation of **partner-relevant evaluations** and reports
• **Building and developing partner relationships**
• Pflege and actualization of our **CRM-System**
• **Support for colleagues from the Partner Management and Sales teams**
• **Handling complaints** and clarification of questions about invoices

This is what you bring with you

• Completed **commercial training** or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in **partner-, customer- or account management**, preferably also from the Customer Service
• Safe handling of **CRM systems** and common office applications
• **Organizational strength** and enjoyment of administrative tasks
• Very good **communicative skills** – written and spoken
• **Service- and solution-oriented mindset**
• **Structured, independent**, and reliable work style
• **Team player** with high motivation and quick understanding ability
• Ideal experience in **complaint management**
