Job description
We are looking for a professional reinforcement in our sales support department.
We have been planning and installing individual technology solutions successfully for 25 years in modern conference, control, and meeting rooms for German and international customers from the industry and government sectors.
Our audio-, video- and control solutions set standards in quality and modern communication in all business areas.

Tasks
- Closely working together with customers, technology, and management
- Steering and evaluating detailed customer inquiries
- Order processing and administration, from offer preparation to invoicing
- General office management tasks
- Project planning and control, from preparation to implementation
- Safe handling of international customers
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS
- Purchasing materials and price inquiries
Qualification
- Completed commercial or business administration training, e.g. in office organization, industrial clerk, IT clerk, or comparable
- Experience in sales or order and project management is desirable
- Safe handling of international customers, pleasure in dialogue and negotiation skills
- Outstanding team-, organizational- and communication skills
- Fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
- High self-initiative, independent working style and willingness to learn
- Interest in modern audio- and video technology as well as system integration
