FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT

As part of our project and process team, you will play a central role in steering and implementing energy-related projects. You coordinate organizational, administrative, and content-related tasks and contribute significantly to optimizing energy processes and ensuring high data quality. In doing so, you work closely with internal departments, management, as well as external and international partners, and support smooth project and process execution.
Your tasks:
* Active telephone contact with new and existing customers
* Needs analysis and individual offer preparation
* Following up on offers and closing sales opportunities
* Maintenance and updating of customer and contact data in the CRM system
* Processing customer inquiries by phone and email
* Scheduling appointments for the outside service
* Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
* Complaint management in close coordination with internal departments
* Achieving defined sales and service targets
* Passing on market and customer feedback to the sales team
* Customer support
* Supporting orders, delivery status, and invoice inquiries
* Ensuring high customer satisfaction
Your profile:
* Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
* First experience in sales, direct sales, call center, or customer service is advantageous
* Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of telephoning
* Secure, friendly, and convincing appearance on the phone
* Customer- and service-oriented working style with sales affinity
* Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
* Good German language skills in writing and speaking
* Basic knowledge of MS Office, ideally experience with CRM systems
* Teamwork ability, reliability, and engagement
* Fluent German and English language skills (Slovenian is an advantage)
