Tasks

Field of activity

• General office management and office organization
• Support with administrative and organizational tasks for the entire team
• Invoicing and creation of electronic receipts as well as checking and forwarding incoming invoices
• Processing general customer inquiries and monitoring deadlines
• Maintenance of customer master data and sales-relevant information
• Support in serving our existing customers
• Research and identification of potential new customers
• Creation and maintenance of customer and prospect lists
• Support for the sales team in the preparation and follow-up of sales activities
• Preparation of customer appointments, presentations, and sales documents
• Occasional participation in events, networking appointments, and events for maintaining contact and identifying new customer potential

Qualification
