Back Office Sales & Administration (m/w/d)

The ITandFactory, a 100% subsidiary of Neilsoft Priv. Ltd., is an engineering solutions provider for the design and planning of process engineering plants and their equipment. Our product CADISON is a fully integrated multidisciplinary engineering system that unites the entire engineering workflow and is used in various industries including EPC, operators, engineering service providers, as well as cross-industry from chemistry, energy, water, metal, and food industries worldwide.

We are looking for an employee (m/w/d) to strengthen our team at our headquarters in Bad Soden on a full-time basis.

Tasks

• Telephone acquisition as well as scheduling and coordination of appointments in the sales area
• Supporting the sales team in their daily business
• Creating offers according to sales specifications
• Maintenance and management of customer and master data in the system
• Creation and management of software licenses
• Creation and maintenance of maintenance and service contracts
• Coordination and organization of customer appointments
• General administrative tasks including secretarial work and assistance to executive management

Qualification

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Good English language skills in writing and speaking
• First work experience in sales support, back office, or administrative area
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
