Tasks
- Technical and commercial consulting of customers and interested parties
- Analyzing customer requirements and developing suitable technical solutions
- Creating, calculating, and tracking offers
- Conducting product presentations as well as contract and price negotiations
- Closely cooperating with internal departments (e.g. Engineering, Project Management, Production)
- Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
- Active new customer acquisition and market development
- Monitoring market and competitive developments
- Accompanying projects from inquiry to contract conclusion
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or comparable technical education
- Alternatively: Technical training with relevant experience in technical sales
- First professional experience in B2B sales / technical sales advantageous
- Good technical understanding and interest in complex products requiring explanation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented, structured, and independent working style
- Teamwork ability and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good English language skills, good German language skills
