We are looking for a Sales Engineer (m/w/d) for Logistics Real Estate who is passionate about real estate and logistics. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and providing expert advice on logistics real estate solutions. Your tasks will include: • Identifying and evaluating potential customers and partners • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers • Providing expert advice on logistics real estate solutions and identifying new opportunities for our company • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as the development department, to develop innovative logistics real estate concepts • Staying up-to-date with market trends and developments in the logistics industry. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Logistics, or a related field • At least 3 years of experience in sales or a related field • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
